This is a young shepherdess who was guarding yaks.
- « What are dungs ? Asks Doudou.
- Well !... They are yak dropping, answers the girl.
- And why do you make small heaps with ?
- To dry them of course. In Tibet there is no tree so we dry the yak droppings to replace the wood.
- I don’t understand, says Doudou !
- Come with me, I’m going to show you. My name is Pema, says the little girl. Let’s visit my parents, we live in a tent not far from here... »
